Procedure

Step 1: Chat With An Expert

Contact us for any engagement advice in WhatsApp.

Step 2: Diamond Selection

Choose your desired lab grown diamond from our samples in our studio in Tsim Sha Tsui.

One we receive the 50% deposit, we will help you order your diamond and roses.

Step 3: Get your Bouquet & Diamond for Proposal

On the proposal day, you will get the rose bouquet including your Hidden Gem.

We wish you and your another half all the best.

Hana Gem currently offers two packages for sale:

1.⁠ ⁠Package 1 includes 33 fresh flower bouquets and 1 lab-grown diamond, priced at $9999.

2.⁠ ⁠Package 2 includes 99 fresh flower bouquets and 1 lab-grown diamond, priced at $15999.

•⁠ ⁠Color: D-E

•⁠ ⁠Clarity: VVS1 / VVS2

•⁠ ⁠Cut: 3EX / Ideal + 2EX

2.⁠ ⁠May I preview the lab-grown diamond prior to making a purchase?

Customers are invited to visit our studio in Tsim Sha Tsui to view the product.

Reservation via WhatsApp is required. 🫶🏻

3.⁠ ⁠What is the expected delivery time?

Hana Gem advises customers to place their package orders with a minimum of 2 weeks' notice. 😊

Expedited orders may incur additional charges.

4.⁠ ⁠Pick up or Delivery services?

We offer both pick-up service and delivery options for our customers. For pick-up, you can visit our studio in Tsim Sha Tsui. If you prefer delivery, please note that additional charges apply based on the location:

•⁠ ⁠New Territories: $500

•⁠ ⁠Hong Kong Island: $500
